Idplzr:  If they pull HCL out of the budget I don't think we will see an increase in the exchange rate. Every year they pass a budget. What makes this budget different is it's inclusion of HCL. By taking HCL out of the budget the will choose to stay status quo like every year. JMHO Rolling Eyes
